Midas Hawaii Car Care Club Membership Terms and Conditions

• Your Midas Hawaii Car Care Club must be presented with photo ID that matches name on card to receive discounts, free offers and redeem certificates.

• Use as many coupons on this card as you wish per visit.

• Membership card is non-transferable, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and has no cash value.

• Your card may be used for any vehicle in your family .

• Appointments are not usually necessary for CCC members but are recommended.

• We suggest to your membership card in your glove box to make sure it is available each time your car is serviced.

• We reserve the right to CONFISCATE Card SHOULD name on card not match photo ID.

• Member is responsible to pay for all applicable sales tax/shop fees for services not purchase online (Tip: Online purchases and certificates include shop fees)

• All discounts/certificates cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, or special offers.
